Order Cancellations
Before Shipment
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships.

- Full refund will be issued to your original payment method

How to Cancel:

After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you can:
- Refuse delivery when the courier attempts delivery

Returns Policy
